“三软”动压巷道复合变形支护理论与技术研究

Support Theory and Technology of Composite deformation of "ThreeSoft" Roadway Under Dynamic Pressure

摘要: 针对丰汇煤矿“三软”动压巷道支护困难的问题,通过采场围岩运移的分析,指出了回采巷道高应力场产生的原因,现场巷道观测得到了其超前支承压力的影响范围。通过对巷道变形影响因素的分析,指出了此类巷道变形是多因素耦合作用机制下的变形。对此类巷道的多因素耦合作用机制进行分析,提出了相应的支护的对策:支护系统要有足够的支护强度、刚度以实现对软弱围岩变形的控制|当巷道处于采动引起的高应力作用下时,支护系统能够通过适当的变形释放变形能。基于上述支护对策提出了针对该巷道的支护方案。数值模拟表明,该支护方案能有效控制丰汇煤矿回采巷道的变形。

Abstract: According to the "ThreeSoft" roadway under dynamic pressure of Fenghui Mining is hard to support,the reason of the emerge of advancing abutment press is studied by analysis of the movement of surrounding rock .The scope of advancing abutment press is obtained by date recorded in roadway. Analysis of influence factors of deformation of roadway show that deformation of roadway is caused by the coupling of surrounding properties and advancing abutment press.The countermeasure of supporting is that the Supporting intensity is able to control the deformation of roadway and Release the energy of deformation when it passing through high stress range. support scheme is Putting forward base on the countermeasure. Numerical simulation show that deformation of roadway can be well controlled.
